Dr Dass is a leading Educationist and Career-Consultant of the country has conducted career counselling programmes in more than 200 schools, colleges, professional institutes and universities in India and abroad. With doctoral studies at the University of Lucknow and London University as a fellow of the Indian Council of Historical Research (ICHR), she is an influencer in her own right.
