My Good School Season 1, Episode 4 - 'Dil Se' means from the heart! "My Good School Podcast - Dil Se" is about the stories that explain how schools can achieve significantly better teaching standards, foster a sense of community, and help students reach their fullest potential. The My Good School Community shares how they connect, communicate, collaborate and create an environment, brings alive the joy of learning.   Dr Ashok Pandey, the show host, speaks with the stakeholders of Ahlcon Public School in Delhi. Joining him for the show is chairman Vikaas Ahluwalia, principal Dr Deepak Raj Singh Bisht, parent Arti Gupta, teacher Mili Dutta, student Deepanshu and ex-student Tanya Grover.  Vikaas Ahluwalia states, "Education of a child is incomplete if it has not made him humane, his character strong, talents honed and soft skills strengthened." He actively participates in school management contributes immensely in continuing the legacy of imparting quality education for more than three decades.   Dr Deepak Raj Singh Bisht has dedicated more than 25 years as a progressive educator, including 12 years in active leadership roles. The opportunity to travel within and beyond Indian borders and work with students and staff from more than 45 countries has helped him grow and shape his career.  Arti Gupta is currently working as a Senior Manager with an IT Services company in Noida. She works at Infosys and has worked with technology giants across different geographies. A passionate delivery manager, a certified Career Coach,  has a son aged 14 and a daughter aged 9; Loves travelling, dancing and spending time with my kids.  Mili Dutta has been associated with Ahlcon Public School as a teacher since 2009. At present, she is teaching English to the seniors. She has worked in All India Radio, Delhi, and realized her passion for training and teaching Language and communication skills after that.  Deepanshu, a 12th-grader Ahlconite services as the Head Boy for 2021-22, is an avid orator. His constant presence in debates, elocutions, anchorings and MUNs has given him an open and enquiring mind, rooted in traditions yet in search of contemporary sensibilities. He is training in the Kathak form of the Indian Classical Dances and has represented Ahlcon at various International and National platforms.  Tanya Grover, currently pursuing a bachelor in Economics degree from Delhi University. Head Girl ( 2019-20 ) of Ahlcon Public School. Social Media Manager of my college society. Active participation in various literary events and clubs, including debates, quizzes, Commix and Mathematics Clubs.  Ahlcon Public School is a K-12 co-educational, English-medium school affiliated to the CBSE and established in 1988 by the Shanti Devi Progressive Education Society.
