He introduced Raghu Pandey, a guest from iMature, and the core team members including Gurdeep and Kunal. The conversation ended with Jugjiv taking over the leadership.
Introducing Raghu and Internet Maturity
Jugjiv introduced Raghu, a computer science graduate and founder of two startups, iBranch.in and iMature.in. Raghu discussed the concept of "Internet Maturity," which he defined as the ability to make the best use of online opportunities for education and career while staying safe from the threats and dangers of the internet. He emphasized that this concept is crucial for success in the 21st century. The conversation ended with Raghu promising to provide a quick overview of what Internet maturity is in the next session.
Preparing for AI's Impact on Careers
Raghu explains that AI will significantly impact careers and education, posing a threat of job disruption and employment crisis across professions. He emphasizes the need to accept this reality and prepare for it. Raghu suggests focusing on opportunities presented by AI, just as crises like Covid enabled exploring online businesses and education. He advises being "AI ready" by leveraging AI's advantages while mitigating risks, similar to being prepared for future Covid waves. The discussion centers on AI's potential to upend traditional career paths, necessitating readiness to adapt.
Adapting to AI-Dominated Job Market
Raghu discussed the importance of adapting to the AI-dominated job market. He emphasized the need for self-learning and online reputation to re-enter the job market. He also highlighted the importance of developing skills such as critical thinking, creative thinking, communication, and collaboration. He concluded by encouraging the participants to apply these strategies to ensure their safety and readiness in the AI world.

Harsh asked about AI replacing lawyers, to which Raghu responded that AI could potentially act as a junior lawyer. The team also discussed the role of teachers and coaches, with Raghu suggesting that teachers should evolve to become coaches. Lastly, ILA raised concerns about teachers being less equipped with AI than their students, to which Sandeep responded that more students attend their sessions than teachers.
AI's Impact on Sports and Politics
The discussion revolved around the potential impact of AI on various industries, including sports and politics. Raghu emphasized that AI could indirectly affect sports careers by potentially reducing audience attention, but not directly replace human athletes. Sandeep highlighted the overcrowded nature of the entertainment industry, suggesting that AI might not easily occupy this space. The team also discussed the potential of AI to replace humans in physically demanding jobs, with Raghu and Sandeep agreeing that robots could be more efficient in such roles. The conversation ended with the team preparing to read a book called "My Name is Cinnamon" by Vikas Prakash Joshi, with the chapter "Misal Pao" being of particular interest.
Cinnamon's Enthusiasm and Restaurant Options
Jugjiv discussed the enthusiasm of a child named Cinnamon who was excited to help at a restaurant. Cinnamon was assigned to clean tables and was enthusiastic about the task. The reasons for his enthusiasm were speculated, with suggestions including the novelty of the task, the desire to contribute, and the excitement of being able to eat the food prepared at the restaurant. The group also discussed the idea of never giving people too many options, with some members preferring fewer options to avoid confusion. The discussion ended with a scenario where a restaurant employee was scolded for being distracted by his phone while preparing food.
Resolving Conflict at a Restaurant
Jugjiv led a discussion about a customer incident at a restaurant. A man wearing dark glasses and a gold watch was accused of not paying for previous meals. The man's wife, Aditi, served the men extra lemons and onions after they were served food. Santosh intervened, taking the man and another individual outside to resolve the issue. The group discussed the importance of standing up for one's rights and the skill of conflict resolution, as demonstrated by Santosh's actions.
Handling Anger and Family Arguments
The team discussed the topic of arguments within families, with various members sharing their thoughts. They agreed that arguments often happen within families due to understanding and familiarity, and that youngsters may have anger issues. The team also discussed how to handle anger, with suggestions including drinking water and looking in the mirror.
